Conclusions.

The creation in Primorsky Krai of “Regional information service of the social care” (Telemedicine)- is a big and constructive step on protection of life and health of the population of Primorije and also of the representatives of the foreign states especially in conditions of extreme situations;

- The telemedicine will allow to increase efficiency and timeliness of rendering of medical aid to the population of Primorsky Krai, to improve quality of health services by the operative telemedical consultations of the leading experts of Russia and USA.

The project of Regional information service of the social care is supported as socially important program by Administration of Primorsky Krai and Far-Eastern Medical Association.

The financial rating characterizes of the business-plan "Telemedicine" it as the self-paid back project with stable sources of financing (incomes).
